| Made in the USA The EPL-JHLP-100LED explosion proof LED light fixture from Larson Electronics is 100 watt LED light head producing 5,800 lumens. Weather proof and ETL listed for marine use, this LED lamp comes attached to an aluminum rail/ladder mount bracket that allows operators to easily mount this unit to ladders, handrails, catwalks and other similar structures. The versatile EPL-JHLP-100LED bracket mounted LED fixture from Larson Electronics is weatherproof and comes with an adjustable aluminum ladder/scaffold mount that makes it ideal for industrial applications, maintenance, cleaning and servicing duties, large open space hazardous work areas and any Class 1 DIV 2 Groups A,B,C,D area where ladders, scaffolding and other railings provide opportunities for mounting. This unit contains a 100 watt LED lamp and produces 7000 lumens. The solid state LEDs runs cooler than halogen and metal halide lamps, resulting in an easier to handle unit and less heat in the workspace. The aluminum rail/ladder bracket can be adjusted from 26 inches to 43 inches to allow mounting to a wide variety of railings, scaffoldings or ladders. | ||||
This units` lamp assembly includes a 100 watt LED lamp, internal driver and aluminum finish reflector in a copper-free cast aluminum housing with a powder coat finish. The lens is constructed of thermal shock and impact resistant tempered glass and the housing contains threaded joints lubricated with non-drying lubricant. The solid state LEDs in this unit have no filament and are thus highly resistant to damage from shocks or impacts. The lamp is rated at 60,000+ hours of operation, providing longer service life than typical halogen lamps. The lamp operates on 120-277V AC 50/60hz without modification, and is supplied with 100 feet of 16/3 SOOW cord ending in an explosion proof straight blade plug.
This light is highly durable and produces high light output in a wide flood pattern. The lamp is mounted to an aluminum bracket with adjustable J-hook bottom bracket that enables operators to securely mount the light to any ladder or scaffolding. Lamp adjustment is via an adjustable yolk that allows the operator to adjust the lamp both vertically and horizontally. All hardware on this unit is non sparking/corrosion resistant and the included explosion proof cord is resistant to damage from chemicals and abrasion.
Suggested Applications: include but are not limited to wastewater treatment plants, refinery tanks, oil and gasoline loading docks, coal pulverizing facilities, munitions storage areas, tunnel projects, utility gas plants, power plant areas, hazardous areas and mining conveyor belts.
