This larger book is in overall fair condition for its age:
• Cover: loose with marks and wear/fraying at edges and corners (bumped)
• Spine: wear/fraying at ends and small tears along the side
• Pages: a few age marks, folded corners and small tears. Slight musty odor. Three pages have tearing down to middle, missing top corner section and loose (see picture). Three pages in the back are detached
• Edges: age marks and darkening
