1968 Vintage Pirates Hat Leather Liner Wool Patch (Ritchie Hebner) - Read
I have done lots of research on this hat with little result. It has “Ritchie Hebner” written on the inside tag. After a little online searching I noticed his name is spelled “Richie” not “Ritchie”. I can’t tell if this was his hat and maybe given to a fan who wrote his name (incorrectly) on the hat after receiving it. Hat has 1968 on the tag which checks out because 1968 was his rookie season. Not saying it was his hat as I don’t know for sure but I can’t find this exact hat style anywhere online.
