This is a complete NM/MINT 66-card set of the 1986 Topps Mini Glossy All-Stars & Rookies, the premium small-format insert series Topps produced exclusively for its mid-80s “Glossy” packs.
Unlike standard 1986 Topps cards, these are miniature glossy cards, printed on high-quality, bright white stock with a UV-coated front and vibrant red backs. These were never available in wax packs, making complete high-grade sets significantly harder to assemble today.
