4pc Sylvanian Families TREE FORT SET Tree Ladder Clubhouse Tree House Roof Swing

I’d say it’s perfect, but some little munchkin put a large koala bear sticker on the top side of the red roof. I actually didn’t notice it in the photos when I bought it. So I’m making sure you see it in my listing.

Made by Epoch in 1986. It’s THIRTY NINE YEARS OLD and is great!! The sticker on the roof is the only ‘flaw’. I did not attempt to remove it. I usually use Goo Gone.

The Fort has a working door, flap window and an attached swing on strings. *The flap window pushes outward and has a little ‘lever” stick to hold the flap up! Too cute!!

Everything is made of that sturdy long lasting Sylvanian Families and Calico Critters plastic.

Weighs just under 2 pounds packed well and ships in a sturdy box with Ups tracking. UPS is much more affordable than USPS for this weight.
