Features an "M" on the front, the number "62" on the right arm, and the letters "W.S.C. CO-CHAMPS 1961" (thick patches) on the left arm.

○ Country of Manufacture: Although there is no specific marking, the tag says "BERLIN.WISCONSIN," so it is likely made in the USA (see image 3).
