Vintage Torpedo Bottle also known as a Cucumber Bottle or Hamilton. From the 19th century (1800s) these round bottom bottles are a very unique addition to your home decor. Lay on their side with floral stems for a one of a kind display.
Sold individually, these bottles are both hand blown with a hand applied and tooled lip. Both antique bottles have a green tinge.
The round bottoms made sure these bottles would never stand straight up. Having corks at the time, it was very important that the cork did not dry out. By laying on their sides, the corks would always remain moist as intended.
