Around the 2000s, I think?
This is a corduroy-paneled blouson, designed for women.
It's a one-of-a-kind piece, originally a vintage BARBOUR garment that was remade by BARBOUR themselves.
The size has a feminine feel, but it fit me perfectly, even with my slightly muscular build. I could even wear a sweatshirt underneath.
The only concern is the short sleeve length...
However, you can use this to your advantage by showing off your watch, accessories, or a bit of your shirt from the sleeves.

It has a nice, worn-in feel and fade, typical of oiled garments, which looks really cool!
