I believe this is a collaboration frame between BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS and Kaneko Optical.
I purchased it about 10 years ago at a Kaneko Optical store in Kobe.
I've kept it stored away for a long time, so there are no noticeable scratches.
I recently had non-prescription lenses put in.

It has the "BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS" and "CHARLES" engravings.
