Beige double-breasted trench coat

Purchased from a select shop a few years ago.
I'm selling it because I haven't had much opportunity to wear it recently.
It doesn't have a lining, so it's easy to wear during the changing seasons.
The yellow piping that peeks out inside and the reversible belt are nice accents (I especially liked this).
It's a well-made coat, but the simple belt keeps it from feeling heavy, making it easy to wear casually.

There's a mark about 2cm on the right chest (it's unclear if it's a pen mark).
I had it dry cleaned, but it didn't come out.
It's not very noticeable, but please be aware of it. Other than this, there are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is overall wear and tear. Please refer to the photos.
Measurements are taken flat, so please understand that there may be some errors.
