Released in '65, this is the third album by Brazilian guitarist and composer Bola Sete on the US Fantasy label. After performing at the Monterey Jazz Festival in '62 at the invitation of Dizzy Gillespie, he moved to San Francisco and joined the Vince Guaraldi Trio.

This is a representative work showcasing Bola Sete's unique world view, his superb guitar technique, and his tropical, swinging, and stylish guitar sound, all rooted in his Brazilian jazz band background. This is a rare original pressing, rarely seen in recent years.

1965, US Fantasy original (3364), Mono.
Matrix / Runout (Side A): F2439 H
Matrix / Runout (Side B): F2440 H

** Important: Please read before purchasing.
The record has noticeable fine scratches. While there are no skips, there is some minor surface noise throughout. The jacket has scratches, stains, and tape repairs on all sides. While you can enjoy the dynamic sound quality, pressure, and imaging of a US original from over 60 years ago, this record is not recommended for those who are particular about record condition or collectors. Please consider purchasing only if you are okay with listening to the sound of the era and accept the condition as is, with no returns or refunds.
