Since the British postal service was state-owned, this is a government-issued shoulder bag.
Made of two types of heavy cotton.
One main compartment.
The flap is secured with a padlock via a ring and belt, making it difficult to open.
1944 BLACKMAN made bag.
Deadstock, unused.
There is no significant damage other than age-related deterioration.
The padlock is German-made ABUS.
There are small scratches, but it comes with two keys and operates smoothly.
