The supplements are not all complete, but they are included (see photo 3).
Also, there are some cut-out application coupons, but basically, the entire pages have not been cut out.
The November 2004 issue has writing on the cover with a marker (see photo 4).
There are some scratches and other signs of wear due to aging from home storage.
Returns are not accepted as this is a book.
