Department 56 Festive Front Yard Snow Village Accessory #52506 WORKS!

Collectible Vintage Village Accessory. Festive Front Yard- Snow Village Series, will make a great accessory to your village / collection. It features a white picket fence decorated with garlands, a nativity scene, a Santa figure, a snowman, and a lighted Christmas tree and bare tree.

It was issued in 2000 and retired in 2006.

This house/building is in excellent condition in the original box. No chips, cracks, or indication of misuse or abuse. The original flimsy cardboard sleeve and Styrofoam may have some wear, but the piece(s) looks as good as the day purchased.
