Department 56 Snow Village Jonathan The Bear Man's Carving Studio 56.55307 and Johnathan The Bear Man 56.55202 accessory. Both in box. Bottom of accessory has a bit of styrofoam/glue residue from being placed in village scene. Can be picked off, but doesn’t impact the accessory left on either. No chips or breaks. The studio house / Christmas cabin has some cracking in the surface of the paint from age. Mostly underneath one of the decks in the snow along the path. One paint crack along the side near the back corner by the wood stack. Fairly hidden when in village. See photos. Light cord working. Very minor storage/age wear to the sleeves. Building in box weighs 4 lbs 2 oz, box measures 10.5” x 9” x 8.5”
