To make it easy to hold, the shape is designed to be widest slightly closer to the nib than the center.

The wood has been sanded with progressively finer grits up to 600 grit. This creates a moderate shine while still allowing you to feel the natural texture of the wood.

The surface has been carefully cut and checked repeatedly to ensure there are no imperfections.

The finish uses Kinu Oil. The main ingredient is derived from rice, making it tasteless, odorless, and gentle on the skin.

★Desert Ironwood
Desert refers to the desert, and iron refers to iron.
It is a general term for ancient trees that have been buried in desert sand and have undergone carbonization over a long period of time, becoming fossilized.
As the name suggests, it is as hard as iron and has a high density.
