This came out of an extinct volcano kimberlite pipe on blm land near the red feather lakes area on the Colorado and Wyoming border. There was a diamond mine in the area and the pipes are known to contain diamonds. This piece has an awesome plethora of gems and minerals in the specimen and the garnet is huge. Really an amazing piece. I have had people tell me that they have seen pieces like this go for 10,000 dollars. 321.3 grams 1606.5 carats. Make me an offer.
