Dolls House Emporium

This is a very rare dolls house. It is called “Le Chateau” and was made by doll house emporium. I started to build it but haven’t completed as in pictures. Still requires internal decorating and then doors and stairs to be glued in All doors, stairs and bannisters have been pre stained as this was part of the Emporium “quick style” where they paint before you purchase it. The roof needs to be glued but as instructions you don’t do this until lights in upstairs ceiling have been fitted. Balcony and railings are also included. Dimensions are: 840mm (inc chimneys) x 825mm x 420mm (inc balconies) Collection Only - large car boot, also very heavy From SN10 area Serious collectors will know this is very rare. I’ve never seen another one for sale. This is collection only. Postage will have to be paid and I will refund in cash on collection. There is no way to exclude postage I’m afraid.
