used a good handful of times but now just don’t use it much
does have some black wearing as shown in pics, this just happened over time nothing happened to it. same with clasps the black came off from natural wear for some reason.
top of bag curves in a little bit when zipped due to the heart shape.
can be worn as shoulder purse of backpack but curving the strap through the bottom loops.
