1. Light cosmetic wear consistent with normal use. No cracks or structural damage observed.
2. The filter was changed in the unit and would not reset to show the temperature. The unit heats and cools appropriately. You are supposed to hold the on/off button for a few seconds to reset back to temperature but it did not work for me. Display shows as F. See picture.
