The LCD screen is in almost pristine condition, as the film has just been removed. Other parts also have only minor scratches, and I think it's in very good condition.
Regarding the battery condition, I played YouTube for 30 minutes at medium brightness and maximum volume, and it decreased from a full charge to 97%. (Reproduction cannot be guaranteed.) I think it's still usable enough without replacing the expensive battery.
SIM lock is unlocked.
