This toy is from 1997.
I played with it when I was little, so there are scratches and dirt, but it's a pretty rare item.

I couldn't find details such as the product name, where it was purchased, or the set contents, even after searching.

It comes with a set of mini dolls (1 Kitty, 1 Mimmy, and 1 Tippy).
