This is a one of a kind Herkimer Diamond Floater from the Turtle Clan Mine in Fonda, NY. I have never seen one like it. It has optical clarity and an incredibly intricate unique shape. This shape was caused by growth interference. There is no part of this crystal that shows evidence of being removed from a matrix. It has some of the most fascinating growth interference crystallization I have ever seen in a Herkimer Diamond. This one is truly special.
