Bring in the fall weather! This wispy was painted with caramel brown acrylic. I then used a sponge barely dipped in irredescent black acrylic to get the effect you see and finally secured with a medium gloss, clear bulbs and hat (lol).
Clear pin bulbs were applied. A clip light as well as a light bulb is included as well as the hat (lol).
