This is the Famicom (Family Computer) game software, "Patikon."

Includes the game cartridge, box, and instruction manual.

I have confirmed that it runs up to the title screen on a Famicom-compatible game console. However, I cannot guarantee functionality on all game consoles.

This is an old item, over 30 years old.
Due to aging, there is dirt and creasing on the software, box, and instruction manual.
The label on the surface has yellowing.
