Chizuko Kojima (born Chizuko Okada at the time of birth, March 3, 1916 - May 20, 2022) was a Japanese businesswoman. She was the founder of Jusco, the predecessor of Aeon, and a co-founder of the Aeon Group. She served as Honorary Advisor to Aeon Co., Ltd.
