Fudge (With Walnuts, One Pound)

I first discovered my Fudge recipe over 30 years ago in a church cookbook. I made a batch and brought it to the office where it was an instant sensation. Over the years I have entered it into competition at the county fair several times and it has always taken the top prize. When I’m invited to a friend’s home during the holiday season, I don’t have to ask what to bring because they always want my fudge. When I was considering offering the fudge at Mantorville Farms, I did some market research and ordered fudge from all over the United States and Canada. I purchased cheap fudge and expensive fudge, but no matter how much I paid, I could not find any fudge that tasted as good as the old church recipe.
