I’ve had this printer for about a year. I used it on normal pc last year and it worked great. I stopped using it for about 8 months and I currently only have a lanovo laptop to use it on and I can’t get the software to work on it. The printer turns on and feeds the labels great I just couldn’t get the software to work for me. I don’t accept returns
