Ingredients: turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom

What you'll need: 1-2 tsp. Golden Milk Spice Mix (depending on spice preference) 1 cup milk (or milk alternative) honey or other sweetener

Care Instructions

Heat milk in saucepan on stove. Add spice mix and stir. Let simmer for 5 minutes to release flavor. Add sweetener to taste.
