Released March of 2022. This Arthur is a smaller than normal Arthur. He is approx 13" instead of 14-15". He is new and unplayed with. He was used for display and has a monogrammed "R" with a heart on his chest.
He arrives with his tag and wrapped in a HV bandana. I will also include his postcard that was issued at his original release.
