All six keychains (or cell phone straps, or "swing charms", or whatever) for the very first keychain set made by Takara Tomy A.R.T.S for the anime series Hetalia Axis Powers. Purchased at Anime Expo in 2009 and used as Christmas ornaments for a few years after. Each keychain is a 3d soft plastic figure on a short chain and has a little plastic flag, as shown in the photos.

These have been packed up and stored away for going on 10 years now along with a bunch of other chibi keychains, so they're in as good condition as a small hunk of painted plastic that old can be. No-smoking household.
