The output line of the welding machine should be connected to the corresponding polarity of the screw(Tighten the nuts after the connection). When it is working , you should clamp your workpiece with the clip of output black line , close to the tungsten needle, distance depending on the size and shape of the workpiece .Generally tungsten needle and the workpiece distance is between 0.5-1 mm, the welding position, foot switch and between the workpiece and the tungsten needle produce high temperature arc could weld the workpiece right away. The discharge end of the tungsten needle must be kept sharp in the use of the former and the process, so that it can keep a good discharge state. Welding can be based on the size of the workpiece, the size of the solder joint, process requirements, the size of the output pulse current to change the desired effect (this machine can be welded 0.5-2.8MM). The output current of the output pulse will be increased when you clockwise rotation potentiometer( rough adjustment, fine-tuning) . Or the output current will be decreased when you anti-clockwise the potentiometer
