Handmade polymer clay hummingbird clearwing moth ‘Hemaris thysbe’ pendant on silver stainless steel chain.
This North American moth species convincingly mimics hummingbirds as it visits garden flowers with its green and burgundy body and fast moving clear wings. Pendant wings are translucent with rose and metallic copper detailing.
Moth is sealed with polyurethane gloss and measures approximately 1.5” wide x 1-1/8” high. Necklace chain is 18” in length and fastens with lobster clasp. Unique wearable art piece great for nature lovers!
Item will be shipped on jewelry card in jewelry box and packed in a poly bubble mailer.
To clean pendant, simply wipe with soft fabric. Avoid use of jewelry cleaners and commercial solvents. Not recommended for use in water- for longevity of your necklace, remove before swimming and showering.
