This is for a drowzee 210/198 it came like this out of the pack, it was put in a penny sleeve then loader right away.
On the back there seems to be an ink error. I never had something like this happen to the back of the card there’s no texture it looks like ink bleed or someting.
I put it side by side from my other drowzee that I pulled from different a different box. .
