On offer is this gorgeous oil lamp / short bud vase by revered glass artist, James Alloway. This iridescent glass piece looks like it was dipped in an oil slick and was coated with all of the beautiful jewel tone rainbow colors; blues, purples, greens, gold, magenta. The top swirl half has a satiny appearance, while the bottom half is shiny and reflective. While this piece could serve as a functional art object, it could also stand alone as an enchanting glass sculpture. Pure eye candy. This handblown piece is signed 'Alloway' on the bottom. In excellent preowned condition.
