J.D. EMMANUEL, a secret and important artist from Houston, Texas, USA, who has been active since the 1980s, is a real new age obscure synthesizer master legend. He started his career in the early 1980s, during the height of the new age movement, and has miraculously revived his activities due to recent re-evaluation. In 2011, he went on a European tour with Dolphins Into The Future and surprisingly released a new album, "Time Traveler." This work is a collection of four tracks recorded between 1981 and 1985, themed around minimal meditation throughout the day (morning, noon, evening, and night), originally released only on cassette in 1986. It was remastered by the artist himself in 2011. Created solely with Sequential Circuits Pro-One synthesizers and Yamaha SK-20 Poly-Synthesizer, these four tracks are a real synthesizer meditation of nirvana and awakening. Wonderfully deep and dangerous. A treasure of new age rare groove.
