This is an absolute favorite of mine from my Vintage clothing collection Black button down with flare out from Fitted waist and shoulder pads Hollywood inspired design . I just need my pill hat and pencil skirt to rock this look. It does have some little moth holes .I didn't notice because the are under after buttoned I thought I might knit a repair but some people prefer to do thier own. I think this could be 60s or earlier by fabric and design made in USA recommends dry clean and steam press. See photos for measurements.
