This is a silk shirt from kaval.
It has a very soft, flowing material and a color reminiscent of Royal Navy blue. The buttons appear to be ceramic, a cute brown color. I believe it's a women's shirt, but I'm a man and I was able to wear it without any problems.
I think it would look great with black.
