This rare Lampe Berger B 12 Côtes (12-sided) from the book: Lampes Berger A Century of History by Gérald Vilcocq, as shown on page 58.
This 1938 catalog picture from the book shows the B 12 Côtes at the very top, to the left of the 'L' from Lampe Berger. Again it is shown at the top of page 198, in the listing. Page 198 (see last photo) also indicates at the bottom that those yellow frames around shown lamps, indicate that this lamp is from 1910-1940.
This Lampe Berger B 12 Côtes comes with its original old burner and original unused wick, snuffer cap. Also includes a Lampe Berger Box.
It stands 6.25" or 16 cm tall and is in perfect condition! Even at 1stdibs.com there is NONE available...
On the neck you can clearly see the engraved Lampe Berger and Made in France. Also on the bottom you see Berger Paris.
I have not removed its old patina, that's up to the new owner...
