This is an old LEGO set released in 2000.
It is the First buildable figure and has many gimmicks, making it a fun item to display.

This item was obtained as a used product.
The box and instruction manual are not included.
Also, the rubber parts are missing.
I have attached the rubber parts from the stock of genuine products for the two places on the waist.
The legs will not stand on their own without the rubber bands, but regular rubber bands can be used as a substitute (see photo 6).
