LEGO The Simpsons House (71006)
Purchased new from LEGO, assembled once, and displayed on a shelf for about two years before being carefully disassembled and stored. I believe the set is complete, but I have not done a full piece count, so I estimate it to be 98–99% complete. All extra pieces are included.
Overall, the set is in good condition. I didn’t notice any discoloration, but there may be slight fading on some pieces from light exposure, as well as some dust from display.
The instruction manual is included and fully usable, though it has some folds and general wear. Box is not included.
