Good preowned condition. The fabric is delicate and has a few little pulls if you look very carefully (noted on sleeve). On the inside of the blouse, there is a 2” section of the elastic at the back waistband that has come uncovered (the silk layer over it tore). I have not attempted to repair it but I think it would be relatively simple to do.
