This stunning decorative plate is a depiction of a Maasai warrior And a lion. According to the information on the back of the plate in the old days the only way A Maasai Bill could be considered a warrior would be to go out and kill a male lion by himself. This is the first plate and the people of Africa series. This plate was distributed in 1997 by Islandia international.  is apparently rare because I was not able to find another would like it for sale on the Internet. It does still have the certificate of authenticity attached to the back of the plate as shown in the pictures this would be an awesome addition to any plate collection. I am open to all reasonable offers and bundling.
