It originally was long sleeved and had a tie for the neckline (see last pic for how it looked originally). But I had the sleeves and tie removed, and the dress shortened a bit so I could wear it on warmer days. It’s a size 2, and the length from the top of the shoulders to the hem is a little over 31 inches. You can wear the tie around the waist, or tie it around your neck as a fun little accessory. No
