Hard to capture in pictures! Made of a polyester blend and has the feel of a raincoat. Features a netted lining, front zipper, fully sequin sleeves with ribbed cuffs and ribbed neckline. The bottom hem has some pleats in it to give it more of a tapered feel could be worn as a jacket or as a dress and is extremely oversized. Laying flat measures 29" from pit to pit, and about 30" shoulder to hem in the front, and 34" shoulder to hem in the back.
