The only thing I can find wrong with this item is that the box has taken a beating. Everything inside the box appears to be fine.
FYI - if you've never bought plastic buildings before, it is not uncommon for pieces to pop off during shipping, regardless of how carefully they are packaged. I wrap very carefully, but I have no control over the Postal Service's handling of the package. Regluing is your job should a piece come loose.
NOTE: this item was not mine, but part of a large box lot I bought recently. I have no idea if all parts are present or of the condition inside the box (unless stated).
