My treasured Byblos coat

Oh my gosh! The time has come after nearly 30 years....to part company and share the love. What a journey it's been, you've seen me through romances, shopping trips, travels, jobs and a whole host of life's little shocks and secrets. So, who am I? Well, purchased from an upmarket boutique circa 98, I cost nearly £400. A pricey sum back in the day. I'm well worn, what would you expect from a coat, so adored. I'm a terrific purple/ blue tone, and although listed as a size 12, I feel it more suited to a lady of a 10-10- small 12. I'm lined, although need some repair work doing in the under arm section, I miss a small button on the cuff, but apart from that I sit beautiful. I'm pleated at the back for a super flow and wear me with bootleg jeans and a heeled ankle boot, sling the bag in my shoulder, not crossbody..and you too could walk the late 90's/ nougties dream. I'm an Italian Byblos, so I've been super well made. 💙.
