These pre-owned Night Owl Optics Night Vision Binoculars, model NOXB3, are black and show signs of wear including surface very visable scratches etc this does not effect their functionality in the slightest. They feature adjustable eyepieces and objective lenses, with "1,2/50" visible on one objective. The top panel includes "POWER" and "IR LED" buttons. The binoculars operate with a CR123A 3V battery (NOT INCUDES). Images demonstrate the green night vision display when powered on, showing a clear view through the lenses. A neck strap (currently unattached) and lens caps are included. These have been tested and are in working order in good condition aside from the surface scratches all over (see photos).
