It's previously owned and used and in good pre-owned condition with a little stain on the white part that needs spot cleaning. Please see the pictures. The insulation on the inside is fleece, it is fleece lined and can keep you nice and warm. I wore it by cinching the hem elastic and it kind of created a cinched look on the bottom. It gets a lot of attention and compliments. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
