This is the limited edition tote bag from the NEW Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt Festival in Shinjuku. It was only available as part of a limited set from the Tokyo event as a bundled set.
The tote is clear plastic and very thick/rigid. It has the PSG logo on the front, and the event naming on the backside. It's got the vibrant translucent coloration that changes depending on the angle ^^
It is a decent size, being about 15 inches tall, 11 inches wide. It comes in good condition with no major damage. It will be folded lightly to fit into a smaller box
